West Ham United and an as yet unnamed Premier League club will head to Perth for preseason friendlies this coming July.
Perth Glory are also believed to be part of the arrangement that will follow hot on the heels of the 2022 games at Optus Stadium that featured Manchester United, Aston Villa, Leeds United, and Crystal Palace.
While the finer details are being worked out at the moment, a ‘clean air’ offseason with no World Cup or European Championships should see the Hammers bring a full squad Down Under.
West Ham currently sit 16th in the Premier League under manager David Moyes and include England star Declan Rice, strikers Danny Ings and Michail Antonio, and midfielders Lucas Paquaeta and Said Benrahma amongst their ranks.
